Indiana State Representative Jim Baird is the first candidate to file in the contested 4th Congressional District Republican primary to replace incumbent Todd Rokita who is running for the U.S. Senate. And Baird’s son, Beau, has filed to replace him.
That’s according to the latest list of candidate filings at the Secretary of State’s Office and Election Division as of Friday afternoon.
