“The Recorder’s office maintains permanent public records of property transactions between Homeowners and makes those documents available to the public. Records include deeds, liens, mortgages, and more.”
Currently, the Recorder’s office has at least 18 Customer Service Representatives, so it is imperative that the office has someone qualified and educated that can lead to assure your documents are recorded properly.
I have 25 years of leadership and call center management experience. I worked at Xfinity, formerly known as Comcast Cable, for 15 years as a Sales/Retention Manager, supervising 120 employees and seven supervisors. I currently work at a privately-owned company where I am a Growth Strategist. I assist more than 100 nonprofit organizations in making an

impact in their communities. I have been an elected Precinct Committeeman in Lawrence Township for nearly eight years and have worked on several Democratic campaigns. I studied Sociology at Indiana State University and was on the dean’s list at Crossroads Bible College, where I focused on organizational leadership.

If elected to be your next Marion County Recorder, these are my top 4 priorities:

1. Assist veterans with specialized paperwork

2. Add the free Property Fraud Alert to all records so you can receive a notification that a document has been recorded with your name

3. Improve outreach to the public about the office and its role in the community

Lastly, I want to make the website inclusive for ALL Marion County Residents. I believe it is important to value diversity. As a lifelong Hoosier, I have seen diverse demographics build a strong sense of identity and well-being over the years. With various strengths, interests, perspectives, and abilities. If elected as your next Marion County Recorder, I will make sure all are supported and understood.

Vote for me, Faith James Kimbrough, the only candidate with a plan!
