A recent Supreme Court decision could have a major impact on signs and billboards across the state of Indiana.

The Court ruled this summer that laws and ordinances that regulate the context of signs and billboards could violate the U.S. Constitution.

We spoke with local billboard owner Jeff Lee of Geft Outdoor Advertising who has filed a federal lawsuit against the city of Indianapolis saying its outdoor sign and billboard ordinance is unconstitutional based on a recent U.S. Supreme Court decision.
