Indiana lawmakers are moving towards regulating craft hemp flower products.
Legislation moving through the Indiana General Assembly would require certain regulatory testing and packaging requirements regarding hemp flower. It would also create and modifies certain crimes concerning craft hemp, craft hemp flower products, and THC.
And would make it clear that craft hemp flower is not a controlled substance.
Indy Politics spoke with State Representative Jake Teshka about the legislation and was this a step towards the eventual legalization of marijuana?
