Criminal homicides are down in Indianapolis, but shootings, particularly mass shootings, are up.
That assessment is according to Rick Snyder, the head of the Fraternal Order of Police.
Snyder discussed the shootings with Indy Politics, as well as the alarming increase in juvenile violence.
