Indiana Governor Eric Holcomb has vetoed another bill.
The Governor vetoed Senate Enrolled Act 303.
The legislation would have required “a duplicative label on every pump that dispenses E15 fuel in the state.” He went on to say the EPA already mandates E 15 pumps have labels advising consumers of the possible implications of using the fuel in their engines.
He stated the legislation was unnecessary and confusing.
The Governor said he did support the provisions of the bill that allowed for E15 to be used year-round and redefines gasohol.
