A new Ball State university study takes a look at Indiana counties most likely to lose jobs due to automation and outsourcing.
The counties at risk for automation include LaGrange, Switzerland, Blackford, and Perry. The counties at risk to off shoring include LaGrange, Clinton, Kosciusko, Elkhart, Blackford, Hamilton and DeKalb.
Indy Politics spoke with Emily Wornell, a rural sociologist with the Rural Policy Research Institute’s Center for State Policy.
