U.S. Senator Joe Donnelly Monday told members of the Indiana Soil & Water Conservation Districts Association that there were enough federal regulations on farmers and they didn’t need anymore.
Donnelly also talked about the new farm bill and whether he will support President Trump’s nominee for Ag Secretary, former Georgia Governor Sonny Perdue.
