The Governor’s Workforce Cabinet recently released 30 recommendations to address pressing needs in Indiana’s economy.
The new report: “Recommendations to Tackle Employer Talent Challenges and Accelerate the State’s Economy” focuses on helping employers find workers and develop a skilled talent pipeline, removing barriers that are keeping people out of the labor force and priorities for preparing Indiana’s future workforce.
Indy Politics spoke with Workforce Cabinet Executive Director Whitney Ertel to discuss the recommendations.
