The new chairwoman of the Marion County Republican Party says if the GOP can win back control of the Indianapolis City-County Council, they can likely win the Mayor’s race as well.
State Representative Cindy Kirchofer was elected chairwoman Thursday night.
She also says she plans to focus on party unity and winning over non-traditional Republican voters.
